The power of our organisation consists of the participation of diverse growers (organisations) in the marketing company, which makes a strong, cost friendly and complaint focused organisation. Openness, the sharing of knowledge and being strong together are the most important ingredients that created the mix of an absolute specialist in the area of grapes and citrus (and a limited amount of related products).
 
Besides the South-African growers of EXSA, with a good track-record in the area of grapes but certainly in the area of citrus, growers from Egypt, Brazil and Greece are closely involved in the organisation. This creates the concept that the customers work with the source all year round. By sharing knowledge in quality, food safety and operational level, a higher, but mainly more homogenised quality level is created. This is seen in the area of taste, environmental friendliness, concious cultivation, continuity and leads to healthy results for all involved in the chain.
