Navel

The navel orange is a type of sweet orange that is large, seedless and has a rich, juicy flavour that is delicious for eating out of hand. It gets its name from a depression or hole at the blossom end of the fruit opposite the stem that encloses a small undeveloped secondary fruit.

Benny Valencia
Benny Valencia

The most important late season variety, its excellent internal quality including juice colour makes it desirable for both processed and fresh markets. Their name comes from the Spanish city if Valencia. They are thin-skinned, almost seedless, and perfect source of juice extraction.

Turkey Valencia
Turkey Valencia

A bud sport of Valencia that originated in Turkey in the late 1980,s. The most distinctive feature is a ring on the base calyx end of the fruit. The fruit generally has a soft succulent texture with a light orange flesh. It is an early maturing fruit.

Delta
Delta

Delta is more productive than the standard Valencia, with slightly larger fruit. The fruit is of good quality, nearly seedless, and only a small minority of fruits has one or two seeds. It is not prone to creasing and is very thin-skinned. Its quality is excellent; it has lower levels of sugars and acids than other Late Valencia varieties.

Midnight
Midnight

Midnight's improved characteristic is its exceptionally high juice percentage, better flavour, near seedless and significantly larger fruit size. Tends to be more difficult to peel because it has a thinner rind.

Lemons

Eureka

The Eureka Lemon produces large crops of lemons annually. It bears all year and is a standard market variety. The Eureka lemon contains a moderate amount of juice, and is grown primarily for this acidic juice, which can be used to flavour both sweet and savoury dishes.

Grapefruit

Marsh
Marsh

The fruit is almost completely round, medium sized, very juicy and rich in flavour. Marsh is medium to late in the season, holds well on the tree and keeps well after harvest. Colour pale to light yellow at maturity; tender, very juicy.

Star Ruby
Star Ruby

 Skin colour is yellow with red background, pulp is red to intense red, very high juice content and also red, sweet flavour and less acidity than Marsh. It has almost no pips, skin is thin and smooth. It is the most heavily pigmented grapefruit and rarely has more than or two seeds.
