PACKING OPTIONS

EXSA have introduced the new Vizier Technology to several of our pack-houses. With optic sizing, colour sorting and weight sizing  we have the ability to pack and form any pack you may need from early to very late.

We have established our own communal pack-house.We can pack a range of products including mixed cultivar punnets from different production units in order to supply the best combination of cultivars from early to late in our season. Any punnet type and mass can be packed, depending on the customer requirements these include 250gr, 400gr and 500gr punnets.

EXSA packs a number of packs for clients worldwide. Here a 9kg carton is being packed	Here an inspector is checking the quality of the product at the port prior to loading in the container. The plastic carton liner is a smart pack liner which is a new storage technology.

COMMUNAL GRAPE PACK-HOUSE

EXSA established the first communal grape pack-house in South Africa. This packstore supports many of the small to mid size table grape producer and supplies a lot of employment to the local community. Many forms of packing can be done, including 4.5kg and 9kg loose pack as well as punnets.
